Holiday Inn & Suites Bellingham by IHG

We’ve been coming here for years! Usually a hotel loses its glow but this one stays great! Clean. Great customer service. Well kept!

My family and I were having a lovely meal at the restaurant after a stressful day, and there was a particularly inappropriate guest at the bar. I was quite impressed with the professionalism that Crystal showed while asking him to leave. He refused at first, was very loud and the patience she had while effectively making sure he left was incredible. The service from everyone overall was great.

Only 5 stars across the board to give and with wonderful hot tub jets and a sauna and a great breakfast. Was quiet too! All the ammenities to the max! Thx! One of very best yet anywhere!

I hate writing reviews. I have written perhaps two in my entire life. I prefice my review with this because the service was so good that I had to despite my distaste. The staff there were phenomenal. I wish I had gotten all of their names. Every single one was kind, friendly, and positive. I'm from the South. Hospitality is supposed to be our thing. The staff here had us beat. I had the opportunity to speak with housekeepers, maintenance workers, bartenders/waiters, and front desk staff. Everyone was amazing. The teams all clearly worked well together. I watched new staff be mentored well by more veteran staff, watched how they coordinated around large groups and holiday events. I don't think I have seen a better trained team, and I used to work as a sales manager in the hotel world myself, as did other members of my family. If I could give 10000000/5 stars to the staff, I would. Thank you.

Classic brand and this location lives up to the name! Super convenient for the airport and worked well for our errands in town. Sarah, Naf, and Nico made our stay beyond what we expected -- what great hospitality! The rooms were well-appointed and the laundry room and bar/restaurant made our stay very easy. Would definitely recommend if you're flying as it's basically across the parking lot from the airport.

Fantastic hotel. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable beds and the staff are super friendly. I spent the night and was able to simply walk over to the airport for an early morning flight without any stress. The hotel has a secure underground parkade and they offer long term parking which I ended up using. Price was also very fair for what the hotel offers.

Great customer service with several members of the front desk! I had an issue with my truck and required a bit of extra help from the front desk and everyone I talked to went above and beyond to help me. Very reasonable, organized, super polite, great communication and really accommodating for me. Really appreciate all your help!! Will stay here any time I am flying out of Bellingham again :)

I came here for an education class in one their conference rooms, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Place is nice and clean, they had free coffee and water for us. I didn't spend the night but it was overall a really good experience!
